No Change Means You Don't Grow

Today’s episode addresses the question “Why should I change?”

Before we get to that, let’s think first about not changing. If we’re comfortable with absolutely everything, that means we may not need to change anything. If we’re perfect at everything we do, there’s no need for change.

But, what if we’re not comfortable? What if we’re not perfect at everything we do? What if we know there’s something we can improve?

Change is essential to improvement. But it’s better when we plan and manage change than when it’s forced on us, and this is what we’ll explore a little today. Here are the key areas we examine in this episode

  • What to change?
  • How much to change?
  • Doing change alone
  • Changing career
  • Improving performance
  • Setting ambitious goals
  • Sense of achievement

I encourage you to listen to this episode and start thinking about what you want to change, how to plan for it, and how to achieve your goals.
